Uncle Brutha's™ Fired Up Green Beans

Ingredients
1 lb. green beans trimmed
2 Tbs. Olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs. White wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Uncle Brutha's™ Fire Sauce No. 9™

Directions

1.	Steam green beans in vegetable steamer until color is deep and bean is tender but still crisp.
2.	In small skillet, heat oil; saute garlic 1 minute. Stir in vinegar, mustard, sugar, and Uncle Brutha's™ Fire Sauce No. 9™.
3.	Remove from heat. Toss with beans to coat.
