For international orders, due to the differences in freight, all international orders should contact us and we will reply via email with shipping options and prices prior to order processing. Consumer Ordering
Orders can be placed either via phone, email, or on-line. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days - F.O.B. Washington, DC. Minimum order is 2 bottles. Shipping is calculated by the weight of package. All payments can be made electronically or via the phone by credit card (American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover).

Wholesale Broker Ordering/Terms
To become a broker for Uncle Brutha Gourmet Foods, please contact our offices at 1-800-374-5240. The minimum order required to establish a wholesale broker relationship is a minimum 12 cases. Please contact our office to negotiate terms of payment choices include: Credit card, C.O.D. with credit card on file, or C.O.D. Products are Julian-dated showing manufacturing date, with an internal record of batch information. Bulk/gallon sizes are also available. Please call us for more information.

Distributor Ordering/Terms
To become a distributor for Uncle Brutha Gourmet Foods, please contact our offices at 1-800-374-5240. Orders can be placed via phone or fax. Orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours - F.O.B. Washington, DC. The minimum order required to establish a distributor relationship is a minimum of 50 cases. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Bulk/gallon sizes are also available. Please call us for more information. Damage Claims and Shortages
Four Gem Enterprises, LLC. will not process reshipments for claims and shortages without the following procedures properly adhered to:

    1.

    If you receive goods and sign the bill of lading without inspecting your shipment you are fully responsible for it. Four Gem Enterprises, Inc. will not accept damages that are not noted by the driver and recorded on the bill of lading or a damage report. This signed document is needed to file a claim with all major couriers.

    2.

    Four Gem Enterprises, LLC. will require proof of case count and damages.

    3.

    All orders should be checked in and compared to the invoice that is shipped with the order. If the product is short of what the invoice indicates, please have the driver sign the bill of lading noting what items are missing.

    4.

    The product should also be examined closely for damages. If any are damaged, please have the driver make a note of it on the bill of lading.

FGE is confident that you will be pleased with our products. Our policy is to please the customer. We guarantee Customer Satisfaction or Your Money Back. In order to submit a return request, we ask that you provide the following information to better assist us in understanding your circumstances.

    Return unused portion of hot sauce

    2.

    Write a Letter to explain the return

    3.

    Proof of Purchase (Receipt)

    4.

    The amount equal to the original purchase price paid will be returned to the "credit card" used to make the initial purchase. Once the original purchase amount has been confirmed, received, and FGE confirms no outstanding credits are pending your money will be refunded.
