I: Introduction and Membership Agreement

This section outlines the agreement between M.O. Mettle Group (the "Company") and members who are entitled to participate in "UncleBrutha's AllSauce Village" (the "Village"). Members must agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and be bound by them. They also agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities that arise from their use of the Village or any associated products or services.

II: Liability Disclaimer

III: Indemnification and Defense

This section outlines the members' obligation to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from their membership or use of the Village or violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws and regulations. Members waive any defenses or limitations of liability that may be available under governing law.
